Escaping summer time flatness

There comes a time in every surfer’s life that they must endear harsh periods of time with unending flatness. In this time it is easy to go stir-crazy, but it can also be looked at as a time of reflection for past swells, a time to train for the upcoming season, or…. Time for a surf trip!

During the summer it is a great time to go to Nicaragua for us South Floridians, as during this time swells are peaking all over the Pacific Ocean. The trip is cheap, and it’s also quick. Team SurfTurkey member Anthony has made the trip down there, and his first report is looking pretty good, with more incoming swell hitting within the next few days! For all of us currently trapped in the flat spell, get one for us!
